Call for Presentations

Fall 2006 Conference

October 12 -- 15, 2006

All conference presenters must be members of TFLA and must register for the Conference. TFLA waives the conference registration fee for up to two(2) presenters per session/workshop that is accepted, provided registration is received by the Early Registration Deadline. We regret that TFLA is unable to pay other conference expenses. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by email by June 30. Presentations of interest or importance to language teachers from individuals outside the language teaching professions are welcome. In those cases, the TFLA membership requirement is waived.
Only proposals submited online will be considered.

Deadline for proposals is May 1, 2006.
Proposals received after that date will be considered on a space available basis.

Abstract

Provide a clear,  concise (100 words or less) abstract of your presentation. This will be printed in the program and must correctly reflect the focus of your presentation.  (Proofread carefully.  Abstract will be printed exactly as you type it.  Spelling and grammar errors reflect negatively on your presentation.)

TFLA will try to accommodate reasonable requests for AV equipment such as screens, overhead projectors, etc. on a limited basis. No guarantee can be made as to the availability of this equipment. It is recommended that you check with the Program Chair to verify equipment availability one week prior to the conference. Please indicate your needs below.
